Delivery

How long will my delivery take?

In Stock Items: This means that the items are either in stock at our warehouse or are stocked by our suppliers/manufacturers. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO ITEMS ARE STOCKED AT OUR SHOWROOM. Although the status may show items In Stock we can not guarantee that the items are held in stock by us or our suppliers/manufacturers due to the constant update of stock on a daily basis. Some items may take 4 - 12 weeks to manufacture if they are not in stock and we will inform you if that is the case. In such circumstances, we shall call you to confirm whether you would like to cancel your order or keep the item on order. If you decide to keep the item on order, you can not cancel the order after confirmation.                      

Small items only - On smaller items that can be easily sent by courier service, expected delivery approx 5-10 working days (does not apply to special or bespoke items) standard subject to availability from our suppliers. Small items include products like Taps, Accessories, Ducting, Stainless Steel Sinks, handles and door furniture. 

Medium items / Home Delivery Service -
  If your order includes any large items, we will always quote approx 7-20 working days  (does not apply to special or bespoke items) as standard subject to availability from our suppliers. However we always aim to deliver as soon as possible. Large items include products like Worktops, Kitchen Appliances, Granite sinks and sanitary ware.

Large items / Pallet Service Approx 7-20 working days  (does not apply to special or bespoke items) - We can sometimes deliver much quicker if you are happy to have your goods delivered by pallet service at an additional cost. This is a doorstep delivery service only. The driver will NOT take goods into the property. (This service is subject to lorry access and excludes Worktops and American Fridges due to size). It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure they have adequate labour for off loading the goods from the delivery vehicle. It is also the responsibility of the customer to make sure the any products they order will comfortably be delivered into their premises without any obstruction before making any purchases. 

Do I have to pay delivery per item?

No - You only pay per delivery NOT per item!

How much will delivery cost?

Please note there is no delivery charge if the items purchased are collected from our showroom in London. Otherwise the delivery charge will depend on the value/size and delivery address of the items ordered. When you place your order, the delivery charge will be shown before completion of purchase.

Some postcode areas are charged higher. To find out the exact cost to your area just email us.

Do you deliver anywhere?

We deliver small items anywhere within mainland UK including Scottish highlands with the exception of Cermaic, glass or fragile items that can only be delivered within the M25. Medium and large items are only delivered within the M25. Please call us for other locations. International delivery can be done in most cases, but please call us to confirm charges. It is recommended that all International orders are ordered by calling us so the correct delivery charges are applied. If an international order is placed on our website, we shall contact you if there are any extra charges before we process your order.

Can you deliver to a different address?

Yes we can do this, but due to online fraud, we may post a letter of confirmation that will need to be signed by yourself. The letter may be posted to the registered address as per on your card. Your order will not be processed until we receive a signed copy of confirmation from yourself. This may cause a delay in you receiving your order. 

You may also be asked to provide proof of identity when the goods are delivered.

How do you deliver large/heavy items?

We normally like to do most areas by home delivery using a two man delivery service.  This way goods are handled correctly and only delivered to the front street/door of your property. If you require us to delivery inside your premises, please call us or email us. In most cases there will be a charge for this service, but please confirm before we can arrange this.

We can also sometimes deliver by pallet service which is often much quicker, however this is a door step delivery only. (They will NOT take goods into the property)

Special Note:  Some parts of Scotland, Ireland and Channel islands are pallet service only. 

Can I track my online order?

Yes - Orders placed online can be easily tracked via our website.

Why don't you do FREE delivery like some companies?

Please don’t be fooled by free delivery! You will often find the more products you add into your basket the overall price becomes lower compared to our competitors.

Other information

Please note: The delivery charges stated cover street door delivery only. If you have any special requests for delivery, (for example you live in a flat) please make us aware of this at time of purchase and we shall endeavour to arrange special delivery for you if possible. This may come with an additional charge. Please contact us for further information.

Please note: We strongly recommend that you do not book installers/fitters for your Appliances/Worktops, etc. until you have received and inspected your goods as we shall not cover any costs related to delays.
